Previously, I discussed perfectionism – the need to be perfect or appear to be perfect, or even have the mindset that perfection is possible – as one of the common traits of unhappy people. I would like to follow it up with some powerful quotes that can liberate you from the stranglehold of perfectionism.
But, first, let’s take a brief look at some of the drawbacks of perfectionism.
